According to the current fully automated welding/surfacing process:

(1) PLC automatic control system. In the actual operation process, two people can operate for 8 hours. There are 1,200 to 1,500 coal cutting teeth, rotary drilling cutting teeth, and 5,000 milling teeth.

(2) The welding temperature, quenching time and tempering temperature and time are monitored in real time by a thermometer.

(3) The double-chain tooling was introduced, featuring high interchangeability and universal efficiency between cutting teeth and milling teeth.

(4) It can be matched with a complete set of equipment for the processing, welding and heat treatment production line of cutting teeth. From the processing of cutting tooth blanks to the acceptance and packaging of finished products, suitable equipment can be matched for it.

(5) The application process of surface wear-resistant surfacing/coating equipment is: diamond particle surfacing /WC alloy particle surfacing is a new type of surfacing process, with a wear-resistant layer depth of 3-5mm or multi-layer surfacing, and the hardness can reach 60-80HRC. This surfacing is low-temperature surfacing: the alloy is minimally damaged by heat and features high wear resistance, high impact resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. At the same time, it can also be mixed with other wear-resistant materials such as titanium carbide and wear-resistant ceramics.

Its application scope: coal mining picks, rotary drilling picks, shield cutting tools, cutter rings, crushing hammer heads, pressure blocks, scraper plates, brick machine reamers, geological drill bits, helical blades, rolls, wear-resistant parts for engineering tools, etc.
